Updates and notifications
September 24 and 25, 2014: Microsoft Updates to all Citrix Server:
Microsoft Updates will be applied to all Citrix servers starting on Thursday, September 24, 2014 between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Then again on Friday, September 25, 2014, beween the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5 a.m.
Users may experience disconnection issues during these maintenance windows. Users are reminded to saving their work frequently.
September 24, 2014: TRACS, ROCS52 and P6 version 7:
Mn.IT Services will be migrating the following applications to the new Citrix farm on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from 7:00 am to 8:00 am.
No user impact is expected. Users logging into TRACS, ROCS52 or P6 version 7 after 8:00 am on Wednesday, September 24, 2014, will be routed to the applications on the new Citrix Farm.
September 30, 2014: Citrix Netscaler Firmware Upgrade:
MN-IT Services will be performing an upgrade to Citrix Netscalers on Tuesday, September 30th from 11:30 am to 1 pm.
Users who login during this maintenance window, may see changes to the Citrix application webpage after login. Changes may include, logos missing at the top of the page, the color of the application page background and application icons may change, etc. Users should have no issues logging into their Citrix applications during this maintenance window.
Webportal and Windows 8 RT
Our Webportal infrastructure at this time does not support Windows 8 RT.
Webportal and Internet Explorer 11
Users that are using Internet Explorer 11 to access Webportal will need to add http://webportal.dot.state.mn.us/ to the trusted sites in their Internet Explorer 11 browser, as well as run Internet Explorer 11 in compatibility mode in order to have Webportal run correctly.
