First visit to this site?

You'll need to update your Citrix Client to the latest MnDOT approved version. Citrix Client is a software that is required in order for your Citrix applications to function properly on your computer or mobile device. Download apps and view user guidelines.

Updates and notifications

Microsoft updates will be applied to Production Citrix servers on following dates:  Thursday, July 24, 2014 and Friday, July 25, 2014 between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. 

Below is a list of applications that may be affected during these maintenance windows.

Thursday morning, July 24, 2014 between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m.  Affected applications are:
BORRMA, Metro Session to Redhat, Telnet, 35W SmartBridge, MnDOT Remote Desktop Client, MDSS 8_21, DLL Phase 4 Users, STC SignTrack, P6 Client ver 8.2, P6 Web Production, IRIS, Primavera P6 St. Croix, Resumix, P3 Desktop New Farm, SQL Management Studio, Adopt A Highway, OEC Desktop, P6 Team Member Production, P6 Contract Manager Production, Metro Traffic Services Work Order DB,
Claims and Repairs DB, Metro HR Requests, Metro Plant Monitor, Metro Scoping

Friday morning, July 25, 2014 between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m.  Affected applications are:
EATS, TRACS, P3 Desktop, P6 ver 7 Desktop, TISO, DPS Crash Locator , Snow and Ice Production, ROCS52 TRACS Project, CMDB, Land Management Applications, Remote Desktop Client - Old Farm, EDocs Desktop, Web Control Access Desktop, Videolog

User Impact:
Users may experience intermittent disconnections from their applications during these maintenance windows.  Please save your work frequently.

 

Webportal and Windows 8 RT

Our Webportal infrastructure at this time does not support Windows 8 RT.

Webportal and Internet Explorer 11

Users that are using Internet Explorer 11 to access Webportal will need to add http://webportal.dot.state.mn.us/ to the trusted sites in their Internet Explorer 11 browser, as well as run Internet Explorer 11 in compatibility mode in order to have Webportal run correctly.
